Questions like these regularly end up with webshops and brands.<\/p>\n<p>Many of these delivery changes can be managed directly by the recipient through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhlecommerce.nl\/en\/my-dhl-app\">Mijn DHL app.<\/a> The app provides an overview of DHL shipments and offers several options for adjusting delivery. This gives your customer more control over their delivery and allows you to point them towards a practical solution when delivery questions arise.<\/p>\n<h6>What is the Mijn DHL app?<\/h6>\n<p>In the Mijn DHL app, recipients can view incoming, sent and returned parcels in one overview. Track &amp; trace shows the current status of a shipment, while push notifications keep recipients informed about their delivery.<\/p>\n<p>The app is intended for recipients of DHL eCommerce shipments in the Netherlands. Parcels sent from abroad to the Netherlands may also appear in the app and can make use of the available delivery options. The options available may vary by shipment.<\/p>\n<p>Multiple email addresses can also be added to one account. This makes it possible, for example, to include parcels addressed to other members of the household in the same overview.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most useful features for recipients is the ability to set and adjust delivery preferences.
