Logistics Engineer

Improvements in the warehouse often start with a small irritation. Keeping the customer in mind, we strive for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Why is this process not running smoothly? Talk it over with colleagues and see if they have the same experience. If so, the first step towards improvement has already been taken.

I gather data, partly from our systems, and check it against what I observe on the floor. Does the data match the observations? And can we use it to create real benefits for the customer?

As a logistics engineer, I focus on optimizing the warehouse. Analysis, asking questions, and persistence form the foundation of my work. I enjoy seeing ideas come to life, especially when the data shows that real progress has been made.

Outside of work, I make music as a percussionist in fanfare and concert bands. I enjoy the challenge, whether it’s mastering unique percussion instruments or perfecting the triangle. I also love cooking and taking relaxing walks.
