At Hexspoor E-Fulfilment, we believe that collaboration and inclusion form the foundation for sustainable growth. On November 5, we were proud to welcome an enthusiastic group of participants from the Werkacademie of WSD for a behind-the-scenes look at our logistics operations in Boxtel.
The participants, who are taking workshops with WSD about working in the Netherlands, were guided by our colleagues Marjolein and Sjors through the world of e-fulfilment: from the moment an order is received to the careful packing and shipping of thousands of packages every day.
During the tour of the receiving, picking, packing, and transport departments, many questions were asked. It was inspiring to see the high level of interest in both our processes and the people behind them.
A special moment came when Thaair Alrifaae reunited with his former colleagues from WSD. Now working on our pack department at Hexspoor, he proudly showed them his workplace. This moment beautifully illustrates how we put our values, collaboration and inclusion, into practice.
For both Hexspoor and WSD, it was an inspiring day full of encounters, curiosity, and mutual respect. We look back with pride on a valuable company visit in which we demonstrated what is possible when people are given the space to develop their talents.
