At Hexspoor, safety always comes first. Especially in a logistics environment where Dangerous Goods (DG) are handled, it is essential that processes are carried out carefully, correctly, and in accordance with current regulations.
That is why around 30 colleagues from both the office and operations recently participated in a DG training course to refresh their knowledge. During the training, extra attention was given to the guidelines, procedures, and key considerations involved in handling and processing hazardous materials within our logistics operations.
As laws and regulations continue to evolve and our logistics processes keep developing, it is important to keep knowledge up to date.
The training not only provided colleagues with more insight into Dangerous Goods regulations, but also offered practical tools for daily operations. In practice, it is important that knowledge about Dangerous Goods is not only available, but is also applied consistently throughout the daily operation.
By approaching this together, we ensure that everyone works in the same way and that safety remains guaranteed throughout every step of the process.
