Colleagues use reach trucks and forklifts to move goods efficiently and with care, making the correct operation of this equipment essential.
That is why employees follow periodic refresher training for operating powered industrial trucks, in which knowledge and skills are assessed and further developed. Due to the growth of Hexspoor, the demand for certified operators is also increasing. Last week, several colleagues successfully completed this training and are now officially authorised to operate this equipment within our warehouse.
With this structured approach, we strengthen both safety and operational flexibility and efficiency. This ensures we remain prepared for growth while consistently working according to the highest safety standards.
