That is why Hexspoor invests in the LEAN skills of its people, helped by Maria van Kilsdonk of De Meer Consultancy & Trainingen. “Building structure and teaching employees techniques to make continuous improvement a habit, in order to always be able to continue to guarantee quality,” Maria van Kilsdonk describes the process that the middle management of Hexspoor is currently going through.
For several weeks, Maria and the Hexspoor employees have been engaged in leadership training, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analyzes and many other themes that further improve the quality of our services. An educational but also fun route, in which the theory is brought to life with dominoes and a slingshot!
