Customer service: a direct and personal point of contact
Visitors to your webshop like to have a personal point of contact. This is someone they can call or email if they have any questions. Hexspoor also offers customer service facilities. A set team of employees will then directly answer any questions your customers may have. Any calls and emails received will be automatically recognised. This means our customer services team can always directly respond to your customers using your name. Our employees speak Dutch, English and German. However, French, Spanish and Italian are part of our booster service package.
We will consult with your beforehand to determine how the customer services team will respond to questions, which languages they speak and what their tone should be.
